At NBL, we stand behind our gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your NBL account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused sports equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
